To Close to home....

It is kind of scary around here. This fire started in Cascade mountains and has headed our direction. They have had to evacuate several houses at Tamarack and that is pretty close to our house! Thankfully we have a Lake in between us! But it is pretty scary and to close to home! There is so much smoke in the air and helicopters carrying the fire retardant have been flying over our house for a couple of days non stop! I hope it gets contained soon but the wind tonight is not looking good! We are praying for all the families that had to evacuate and might lose their homes!

This lil girl has my heart......

Blane and I were talking the other night about our three kids and we kept laughing thinking about how much harder our lil princess is than our two boys! She can be so dang naughty, she says the funniest naughty things and she definitely gives us a run for our money! But at the end of the day and all the crazy things she has done or said, she always tells me she luvs me and gives me a big hug! It would be so boring around here without her bossing us all, and always saying embarrassing things in front of people! She definitely has my heart!

It Finally happened............

YAY, He is sooo excited he finally lost his two bottom front teeth! He looks so cute with his teeth missing!

Easter!

This Easter was a very special one! We focused alot on why we celebrate Easter and it was so sweet to hear the older kids get excited and tell us the real reason we celebrate! I am so thankful for kids that truly get things and they teach us every day!
They had a ton of fun at Great Grandma and Grandpa Hiatt's house having an Easter egg hunt! What a perfect Easter Sun.

Grandma C's Funeral.

We went to Blane's Grandma's funeral in Elko, NV a week ago! It was a sad but sweet experience! Blane's Birthday was a week before she passed away and she called him on his birthday and they had the longest conversation they had had in years, then a few days later in the mail came a very sweet note with a $2 bill in! That will forever be special to him! I didn't take many pics it was very cold and windy the whole time we were there, but we did take a few after the funeral!
